Legacy of Lunatic Code is a neat little Chinese mod/hack of Touhou 15 made by Riri. It features completely redesigned stages and bosses.

It's also quite hard.

I'm not sure if the ending is different but it's in Chinese so I assume it is. Also spellcard histories aren't very accurate.

Edit:
The developer informs me that the clownpiece fight was made by XiaoDaSheng. Also the ending is apparently complete gibberish so enjoy some Chinese gibberish I guess.
