Hidden Star in Four Seasons Lunatic difficulty cleared without using Releases! I really dont like pressing the C key anyway...lol


I am really glad I got this. It was quite a tough one, probably because I am starting to reach the (What I believe are anyway) higher-end Lunatic games. Well, at least the No Releases condition makes it like that, I have heard that if you allow releases then this Lunatic is actually quite on the easy side- I can certainly see why...

Aside from naturally not having Releases, another thing that makes NR runs harder is the fact that you rely pretty much only on Spell-Card Captures to get Score... and Scoring high is how you get Extends in this game. Combine that with the fact that Spellcards Starting from Stage 4 are generally quite hard to capture, and you can see why this is annoying: If you dont cap enough of them; you wont get as many extends as you would otherwise. And chances are, if you couldt capture many of them in the first place, you NEED those extends...

This is also literally my first Lunatic clear of the game. I refuse to use Releases in a serious run lol.

So, that only leaves 2 Lunatics for me: UFO and TD. I am confident I can do TD with enough practice, but I honestly dont think I actually have the skill to 1cc UFO Lunatic, its definitively the hardest Lunatic in the series by far. I guess we will see.
