This was my 4th attempt at the stage, the rest failing very late into Momoyo.

Back to back fun and gimmicky games. If this is what Touhou is going to be from now on - games that are quite tricky without the gimmicks and approachable with them - then I'm here for it, this game might have the best core conceit in the series (even if I prefer other games as a complete package more).

Momoyo is a crazy fight, she felt really overwhelming at first and while I'm still not sure how to deal with a few attacks well, I have at least done everything. Really fast paced, great theme, wild stage, honestly my main gripe is that you only get one opportunity to buy a card and what card is available can play a big role in how the fight goes.

Attempt 1: Money is the Best Lawyer in Hell - top tier card for this stage, you get to ignore 4-5 hits outright. Still wasn't enough to make up for not knowing what I'm doing.
Attempt 2: I don't remember what I picked but it was underwhelming. Might have been an active I barely used.
Attempt 3: Yuyuko's graze deletes bullets sometimes thing: I picked this for the survival and it didn't help like I hoped it would.
Attempt 4: this is where I realized you could change cards for the extra stage and I picked better ones than a half half ghost and the mallet I never used. Also picked Remilia's Vampire Fang at the boss for lack of a better option and it turned out to be an incredible option!

I'm looking forward to coming back to this stage to go for a no bomb no active run. I think passive cards will be okay as long as they're truly passive cards - stuff like the life gaining cards and not stuff that deletes bullets.
And no centipede that thing is busted.
