Title says it all. Cool VS Mode handicap feature where you can set the lives and barrier settings for each player, so I tried to land one hit on a 1 HP no barrier Chiyari, before she chews through my 5 HP with barriers.

Spoiler alert, I didn't win with every character. Part of it though is also due to a stupid resolution issue that makes the EX attack telegraphs go to the wrong places, causing me to get essentially telefrag'd by her orbs. (I play Windowed 640x480, which is not the "correct" resolution)
I especially got really unlucky on that front when playing as Ran.

I think it's safe to say this character needs to be banned from any and all competitive settings.

Also, I used only the charge speed+ card. Could have used the Zanmu bomb card that gives you a bomb piece every time you use an Extra or Boss Attack, but Chiyari can get hits on you so quickly that it almost doesn't matter.
