So here's what happened: I started going through the characters on Normal mode, and Reimu scored 31.5 million with one loss to Yumemi, but I've done better than that before, so I went with Mima next, and I was scoring very well in almost every stage this time around (though I was being kind of reckless and had multiple close battles), and I had just broken 30 million as I started the final stage. Then, I guess I got a bit sloppy and lost twice to Yumemi. But, by that point, my score was only about a million points behind what my highest score at the time was, so I certainly wasn't going to quit and restart right there!

The third round came down to the wire, and then after a while of fighting on my last chance hit point, I got clipped by one of the crosses that the enemy's boss attack was shooting at me. Nuts. Time to start round 4, right? Except, apparently, Yumemi lost her last HP at the exact same time! So, the game displays "Lose" on my side of the field, and "Win" along with the clear bonus tally on the opponent's side, adding those points to the CPU's score! Then, the ending starts playing as if I actually had won!

So, I guess that highly unexpected and I would think extremely unlikely "draw game" confused the game into giving my clear bonus of 6,900,000 to the wrong side, which kind of sucks, because I would've had over 41 million otherwise! However, my score was still the highest I've ever gotten on Normal, and I caught a very unusual occurrence in my recording, so of course I was still going to upload this video!

Now, I'm assuming that 6.9 million clear bonus is exactly what I should've gotten if it was applied to the correct side, because it included the reserve lives bonus, and the computer doesn't get reserve lives, but I'm not 100% sure, as it's possible the other stats besides reserve lives are indeed what the CPU accomplished.

(Man, why couldn't that "draw game" glitch have worked differently though? If it had done something like give me the clear bonus, but then subtract one of my lives and make me fight the final battle again, that would've been so awesome for my score...)
