Touhou EIoS - 20.9 Bil Lunatic Scoring [Reimu/Yukari]
1Imma be honest I have no clue what I was doing really I just wanted to get the scoring achievements in this game. Finding Touhou Fangame Scoring videos is next to impossible so I had to figure things out myself, which was quite fun actually. I don't know if the things I figured out are even GOOD but they felt good. For the most part this run has pretty weak early game, good stage 4 and 5 and a FeelsBadMan Stage 6.
The 3500 Dyes achievement is suspect af.
Stage 1 - 0:00
Stage 2 - 4:25
Stage 3 - 9:30
Stage 4 - 15:50
Stage 5 - 22:39
Stage 6 - 29:58
For some reason some fairies didn't spawn right before the midboss in Stage 1, I think I killed them too slowly, somehow. I then died to the Last Spell of the Stage 2 boss which is kinda sad because it's easy to do.
Omg Mokou. I don't know if my route for s3 is good but I'll go copium and say yes, the boss didn't go that well though.
Stage 4 is one of the stages that went well but I didn't capture her Last Spell, but it's the hardest spell in the game for me so I can take it. I'm sure there is a much better route for S4 but I was too lazy to figure it out.
Stage 5 is my favorite stage to score and thankfully everything went well on it, it's really easy to get overwhelmed if you don't cancel one of the red spirits that the big fairies drop. The part with the blue Yinyangs before the midboss took me forever to figure out. The boss here is also my favorite, gotta love the music syncs to the last 2 spells.
I deathbombed like an idiot on the stage portion of S6 which is bad, I think, and then I didn't really learn the boss that much to be frank. I had the rough idea on how to do the 2nd spell and I didn't learn the 4th spell at all. Also I suicided twice on penult to get to 3500 Dyes and I got to 3501 on THE VERY LAST SECOND. (tbf my routes weren't that clean and I lost fairies here and there). I could probably go to 21.3 or .4 Bil if I tried more.
I like the bird noises in the final boss theme.
Overall I like this fangame, not as much as BDiB because I'm a sucker for graze though, but still this one is very good too. I really like the mechanic of having to unfocus a lot during stage portion to get points.
