Article 8: Red Blue Goddess

Bring the Scarlet and Blue Cloths there and you'll be greeted with both Seiga and Iku at the 15th floor. Defeat either one of them and grab the New 10,000 Yen Bill. 00:05

Article 9: Be Discreet With Imperial Edicts

Holding the New 10,000 Yen bill will make Miko randomly appear in any of floors 16 through 20. Defeating her will make her drop an All-Seeing Telescope. 13:19

Article 10: I want to Believe

Bring the All-Seeing Telescope to the 20th floor and find Nue, who will most likely be in disguise. Defeat her to get the Will-o-the-Wisp Remains and access to the secret Bullet Reporter Dungeon. (38:30) Be sure to have the remains when you exit. After that you can deposit them.

This new Bullet Reporter Dungeon is located to the right when you exit Aya's house.

Sekibanki: So this is an rokurokubi we just help earlier during our Castle Area progression. And now, they're everywhere! Even if I defeat her, she'll just spawn a head. However if she is big, she'll just spawn multiple heads and shoot lasers from their mouths. Good thing they're not the real deal, no wonder Kasen mistook them for beating them up.
