Decided to come out of hiatus and finally make a new mod. I think it turned out quite well. I made the Koakuma sprites myself, big thanks to Fuzzbearplush for supplying me with Patchouli's. The shottypes here are much more balanced than those in my other IN mods.
Koakuma has all her speeds multiplied slightly, her hitbox is reduced by a bit, has her wide shot in place of an emphasis on homing. Should be better than reimu but i don’t think by much
Patchouli has her grazebox item collection box and hitbox increased by a substatial amount and all her speeds are reduced, however her poc is lowered a bit and her shot changes dramatically. Probably better damage if you can get the enemies in the cross hit but who knows.
