Playing through Touhou Kouryudou ~ Unconnected Marketeers as the Wonderful Shrine Maiden of Paradise herself: Reimu Hakurei! This game is a sequel to Touhou Kikeijuu ~ Wily Beast And Weakest Creature and is the latest mainline Touhou Project game in the current canon by the time of writing. Upon selecting from either Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya and Sanae, you are given a choice of selecting an Ability Card which each mimicking different abilities from different characters throughout the Touhou Project mythos. Upon beating the game, you're able to select up to two or three Ability Cards depending on what you do. As you play through the main story, you collect money that you can spend for more Ability Cards after defeating a boss.
We have covered every mainline Touhou Project game in the current canon! But as long as ZUN is still doing his thing, there may be another mainline Touhou Project game in the future! Back then, Reimu resolved the Scarlet Mist Incident. After the Scarlet Mist Incident, there have been numerous different incidents each with different foes. And with every foe, there's always different friends. Twenty years have passed ever since the very first incident that Reimu resolved. Many shady new individuals made the Ability Cards each being a perfect copy of each resident in Gensokyo in terms of their powers. They're attempting to sell the Ability Cards to anyone that likes to get their hands on them upon interest! Knowing the Ability Cards could be dangerous if in the wrong hands, Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya and Sanae set off to stop the Ability Cards from being sold! But this is only the beginning...
