Yay, I beat this game! I'm done. I KNOW, technically this ISN'T the end of the game, in fact, I recruited Cirno and Ran Yakumo later on, but it's simply too atrocious to continue with the worst grind ever in any video game that I've played. This is probably the one game I own where I enjoy watching others play it more than myself, it's just so horrid.

But why? On the surface, it seems cool. It's Genso Wanderer but you build an army. And you can play as any character you recruit!
Sounds nice, until you have to wait a minute for everyone to finish their attacks, then it becomes a friggin slog and nobody's happy anymore. And this game single-handedly brought Flandre down a spot on my Touhou Sorter, just disgraceful. It doesn't hold a candle to its predecessor... brain melting. SAD. Many such cases.
