🔪 Touhou LostWord Global - A9.4& Sakuya Izayoi (Bohemian EX) Final Showcase 🗡
8My final showcase video which probably should have been out earlier than now, but eh, I might spread out my final videos within the next few weeks. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this final showcase video of mine!
As of her release, I believe A9.4& Sakuya (Treasure Hunter Relentlessly Racing The Night (Bohemian EX)) is the best EX Festival unit of them all, seemingly increasing the standard of these units with a 7575 stat total (I don't know how good A10& Minoriko is, so maybe she is better? I don't know). Still, this Attack-Class unit with a banger of a theme, design, voices, cape and more has some very solid stuff going for her. A9.4& Sakuya has team buffs like Yin ATK, CRIT ATK, CRIT Accuracy, Accuracy, Spirit Power and Agility, all within either her Skills, Spell Cards or Ability, and even has Yin ATK II on her Skill 3. She gains further personal buffs via 2.00 Spirit Power on Skill 1, Burn anomalies in the form of Agility, Accuracy and Evasion (via Skill 2, inflicted on all enemies), as well as Bullet Line buffs like Yin ATK, CRIT ATK and Agility.
Slice Scaling is rather solid too, mainly on her Last Word. A9.4& Sakuya having 180% of it on Line 1, 110% on Line 4 and 200% on Line 6, it does help her in terms of damage, which ends up being rather strong...at least considering she doesn't have a Moon + Slash card to worth with for now. Still, very strong in that regard, and on a funny note, she is also the first unit since...a long time to have all Spell Cards and Last Word to be AoE, finally breaking the shackles of any of them being Solo. As for Killers, they are technically strong in terms of range, including Human, Beast, Devil, Vampire, Demonic Person, God, Magician, Scarlet Devil Mansion, God and Makai. While on paper this is a fantastic Killer range, it is a bit unfortunate that the Gensokyo Killer doesn't appear on any Line 1 bullets. However, Killers like Human, Beast and God, especially together are still very strong and can still hit a solid chunk of enemies.
Breaking is fairly simple but effective, with elements only being Fire and Moon throughout, with a slight emphasis on the latter. While these elements are already covered by other units, these are still helpful in their own right, and these give a 35% bonus to bullets if they are effective. As for anomalies, well A9.4& Sakuya's Skill 1 inflicts 3 layers of Burn on all enemies, 2 of them on all enemies with Spell Card 1 and 3 on her Last Word, meaning 5 or 6 Burn anomalies to break off the jump. As for the breaking side of it, we have both Spell Cards and Last Word (All 3P). Another extra thing in her kit is her Last Word at 3P giving a 100% Stun on all enemies, which is handy.
I suppose weaknesses would include currently lacking a Moon/Slash Story Card to give her a stronger LW boost. She also doesn't get to take full advantage of CRIT Accuracy as she isn't a DEST unit and her SC2 is probably weak compared to her SC1. You could also include the teamwide Burn anomalies, but that's a double-edged sword, sometimes it's helpful, other times not so much, or makes no difference. Still, a very solid EX Festival unit and while she is now not available as of speaking, if you're a Sakuya simp or need a strong Yin-based Moon/Fire unit with Burn potential, A9.4& Sakuya Izayoi is the one for you!
Whatever the case, I'm glad my final showcase is a Sakuya variant with so many awesome...or Perfect and Elegant qualities! I hope this unit has served people well. For now though, music and timestamps below.
