This Fishing mini-game was added to Mystia's Izakaya a while back, and it basically lets you get Ingredients (mostly Aquatic ones) without using up time. This was actually added in DLC4, but I held onto all the footage until DLC5 so I could upload all the Collectibles in one video. This is also why the UI is a bit different in the last two areas.
There currently doesn't seem to be any reward for collecting everything (no badge or special cutscene).
