So that line wasn't exactly a joke Reisen has two shadow clones she'll call out to attack in tandem with her making her attacks cover almost 3 times the ground... but only sometimes. Otherwise a lot of her attacks are VERY slow moving projectiles which you think would make them easy to dodge and it does except they'll linger turning the battle into a minefield. Also she has an easy to parry kick she'll do but this isn't exactly a great damage opportunity because after you Parry her she WILL jump backwards and gain invincibility frames during your parry. Parrying is only useful for helping skills recharge in this fight.

Then there's her bombs. One is an easy game of jump rope while the other is the slowest moving attack I've seen in the game... which makes it a pain to dodge because everything is so slow it starts to overlap.

Then at low HP she has a desperation move turning the arena into a literal minefield by having dark orbs cover over half of the place... good luck bozo.
