Fifth Stage, Sakuya Izayoi the Maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion with the ability to manipulate time.
Sakuya too is one very important character in the series and has a lot of later apparences like in Touhou 7 where she even is a playable character.
Her ability to manipulate time makes it possible to her to attack with a dozen of knives at the same time without anyone noticing where they come from.

This Stage is actually pretty fun but i had to use a lot of bombs to make it through with enough lifes.
