--Part 1--

Touhou 9 is the first game to introduce Aya Shameimaru, a Tengu who lives at Youkai mountain. She loves to be a reporter and photographer and notices the flower incident, searching for clues by fighting other characters.
She searched a lot of places but after meeting Marisa and Medicine, she got trail of Komachi who is responsible for this incident. She remebered that the same thing happened 60 years before but wasn't able to recognize it at first glanze because she was confronted with too much information.
After finding out what was going on, she had the urge to resolve it herself.
Komachi is eventually defeated but Shikieiki judges Aya to be too curios and reckless in her actions, harming more poeple in her selfish reports then doing good.
Nevertheless Aya defeats Shikieiki and continues her job as reporter, but with more caution.

Aya is a very fast character (and difficult for me to handle to be honest) and even in slow mode faster then the other characters, making it hard for her to dodge precisely, but she is able to avoid a huge wave of bullets by quickly turning left and right.
Her attacks are pretty fast too and aimed at the foe, they even riccochet on the sides. Those attacks are hard to judge in harsh combat.
She is a strong opponent and a hard character to play, but as soon as you get used too her, she is quiet useful.
