Playing through Touhou Seirensen ~ Undefined Fantastic Object on the Microsoft Windows as the Newbie Goddess of the Mountain herself: Sanae Kochiya. This is the sequel to Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism as players must collect three UFOs of the same color. Doing so will have players attack a large UFO based on the color of the three matching collected UFOs. Defeating it will reward you with a Life Piece, a Spell Card Piece or Point Items.
This is another one of the more infamous Touhou Project games not only for it's brutal difficulty if played on Normal or higher, but it's also one of the most resource heavy as those UFOs are tied with every single resource that you have! At least the story is better than the last game: While Reimu and Marisa fought Utsuho in Former Hell, a floating ship emerged from the geysers with it's crewmates being none other than group of youkai as they wander around Gensokyo with the intent of gaining enough energy to release a Buddhist monk from her prison in Makai. Time after Utsuho and Koishi's defeat, Reimu, Marisa and for the first time Sanae go around Gensokyo where they encounter and defeat the aforementioned youkai followers. Upon entering Makai and after defeating all the youkai followers, the heroines out of curiosity end up releasing the Buddhist Monk themselves who identified herself as the ever beautiful Byakuren Hijiri. Turns out Byakuren was sealed in Makai for years by humans because she was befriending youkai to the point of making them her own followers. After some formalities, the heroines and Byakuren have their epic showdown despite the plan of everyone taking Byakuren out from Makai. After Byakuren's defeat, Reimu, Marisa and Sanae try to see the true form of a glowing orb that kept following them back in their decent to Makai. But that's for another time...
