Occasionally a pacifist run.

Stage 5 and the way I play it is heavily influenced from a very old attempt of mine to pacifist this Stage, as many parts of this Stage in particular only get dangerous if you shoot during them. As a result, I know how to avoid most of the dangers. Just keep in mind to not time out the midboss, or you will be in for a world of hurt in the section afterwards. Orin herself also can be cheesed in a few ways, although I only realized about halfway through her second nonspell, that I could combine my pacifist strat with actually hurting her sometimes. Oh well, she can keep that life.

Back in 2019 during my "Mima and Other Mods" playthrough I skipped over some Touhou games due to them not being included in the Mima mod series. One of those games was Subterranean Animism, one of my favorite games in the series. Recently, I started a run on Hard Mode on a whim (which I had never beaten before) and it turned out surprisingly good, so I decided to upload it.
Despite how much I like this game, I didn't really play it much in recent years, however the last thing I did maybe a year ago was beat it on Lunatic with heavy use of Continues, so I assume that practice was what lead to this run being the way it is.
