4I wasn't a fan and was barely aware of the Toxic Avenger franchise, so I definitely didn't pay attention when this game came out. This game wouldn't draw me in, either, much like the TMNT GB game wouldn't gain any new fans. It's a standard licensed action platformer that's just OK. I just don't know who any of the characters are, so the appeal is lost on me.
