Another weather team already? Sanae makes use of the Calm weather condition, using her Power Sanae (Wind/Water) to set it up on the first turn. Her Defense Suwako (Earth/Steel) has the Breather ability to boost Fo. Def by 50% and heal HP every turn under Calm, Power Kanako (Wind/Nature) uses Zen to become immune to status and heal HP every turn, and both Sanae's Power Koishi (Void) and Defense Hecatia (Earth/Dark) have the Recalibration ability, which boosts their Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by 50% during Calm.

And as you can tell from the video, both Power Kanako and Defense Suwako are able to summon Calm using their skills as well, so you can't just override the weather and be rid of it like in the Fairies of Light battle.
