Today was the Opening Ceremony of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (delayed one year due to COVID-19), so I am doing Gameplay and Review a day early because of this. Today is a special Friday edition of Gameplay and Review!

Because of the Olympics, I am doing Olympic video games for the rest of July. For today, I am doing a game that has been in my collection since 2019. It's for the Nintendo Entertainment System!

Track & Field II was released in 1989, a year after Japan released it for the Famicom to celebrate the 1988 Summer Olympics. The game is way different from Track & Field and has more events included.
