If you dont know where your game locations on steam is - Steam\steamapps\common\TrackMania Nations Forever
NOTE - THESE ARE NOT MINE SETTINGS! I dont know who is the owner, it doesn't say anything about the creator

If you want to change enable/disable key do this:
Go to Reshade folder and there is file called "Common.cfg" and open it with Word or notepad
then go to Resahde\PersonalFiles and there is file called KeyCodes and open it with notepad
There is list of all bindable keys and their names. Then choose key and go to Common.cfg and find this - #define RFX_ToggleKey
After that it will say VK_SCROLL and just change it to other key...you can use HEX value or VK_name (for example VK_INSERT or VK_F8 or VK_0x10...)
