This one was a real pain. Focus mobs with Soul Blur.
Use Grail Sphere when the boss is alone to avoid its HP drain and focus it with physicals. Phase 2 should end quickly with 3 Dark Matters. You'll probably be out of EP in phase 3 so just attack with what you can, Ascencion and Soul Blur are good backups. Heal with Kevin and Tita's healing crafts.
