Potentia... probably won't last too long. Your party just does a ton of damage which makes its high HP not that large of an issue and it's fairly susceptible to freeze when you have Vita in the party.
In terms of difficulty I'd put this boss right in the middle of the salt pale bosses... Unless you're on nightmare in which case I could see this boss being labeled the hardest by far thanks to his ability to one shot your entire party and you'll struggle to nullify the damage.
After this we are now in the final dungeon. The end is near folks.
