train merge quick96 deepfacelab 2/3/2020 version
This is the train/merge portion of making a deepfake video taking Robert Downey Jr.'s face and putting it on Shia LeBeouf's Body. The final video for that is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfRvxwYjRe8 I used the Deepfacelab software (https://github.com/iperov/DeepFaceLab) and the sample videos with the Quick96 method. I tried using SAEHD but I had some trouble getting it to converge and I got faces that looked super fuzzy. The programs starts by cropping out the faces out of the source and destination videos--this took about 10 minutes each. Then it took a bit to sort through the faces and throw out the ones that were too fuzzy or were upside down. I took out too many images with the arm covering the face which is why it looks bad when he puts his hand or arm in front of his face. I ran the training on my EVGA Nvidia 980ti 6GB video card and Quick96 converged in about 6700 iterations (about 20-30 minutes).
