Welcome to Part 1 of the Higher Priority Career Scenario on the Tehachapi Pass. Today we take charge of Union Pacific Manifest Train MWCST. With 4 UP AC4400CW's at the lead, a loan UP ES44AC as mid-train DPU, and an AC4400CW DPU at the rear, we start at Mojave and work our way northwest towards Bakersfield. However, a BNSF manifest just ahead of us has been delayed due to mechanical issues, so we will be keeping a keen eye on the signal aspects as we trail close behind.
