When the British Army deploys on Exercise Prairie Thunder, it isn't all hard work.

Canada is home to some of the best adventurous training on offer including rock climbing, horse riding, mountain biking and skydiving.

In the last of her special reports, Ali Gibson has been to see how the activities help troops from 20th Armoured Brigade prepare for operations.
