THE WORKOUT PLAN
DAY 1 CHEST,SHOULDERS,TRICEP (incline DB press.chest press machine, shoulder press, rope tricep extensions) also did pec dec fly and lateral raises but didn't film it duo to camera battery (2 hour workout)

DAY2 LEGS,ABS (hamstrings curls, leg extensions,leg press) also did walking lunges and hack squat with v sit ups had to take them out due not make the video too long (1 in a half hour workout)

DAY 3 BACK, BICEPS,CHEST,SHOULDERS (lat pull downs, chest seated row, close grip cable row, reverse deck flys, chest press machine, bench press) also done incline db curls, cable flys and shoulder press ( 2 hour workout)
