A very enjoyable afternoon spent at Rugby station on the West Coast Mainline where we see plenty of services from Virgin Trains, London Midland and just a handful of freight services operated by DB Schenker and Freightliner.

I've only been to Rugby twice before and both times I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I wasn't able to catch as much freight as I wanted. Both freight trains were hauled by class 90 locomotives. The DB Schenker set was hauled by 2 class 90's, one of which in former EWS livery and the second in DB Schenker Red livery. During the film 2 other class 90's can be seen but sadly they are kept at the bottom of the station so they were never filmed, they were both Freightliner 90's in the old grey livery and the Freightliner Green livery, the numbers were 90044 and 90041. Also during the film I catch 67005 working light.

Thanks all very much for watching and I hope you all enjoy :)

My next station is going to be Barnetby, I am really looking forward to filming there not only because of the great amount of freight that I'll be catching but also because of the old semaphore signalling that's still in use on the line.
