In this unboxing / review, we’ll be taking a detailed look at the Transformers Legacy Deluxe-Class Decepticon Wildrider.

The hot-headed Stunticon looks sublime in his alt mode. His bot mode also looks good, but that alt mode is the chef’s kiss (for a deluxe-class).

Articulation is what we’ve come to expect from this price point, but the head and feet a somewhat limited in movement.

Overall quality is very good. If anything, I would say that the ratchet joints near the knees that are used for transformation are just a bit too tight. Otherwise this figure should be the benchmark for quality for Hasbro / Takara.

Concerning overall value, I believe that the figure is worth MSRP. Great shelf presence in both modes, and just a whole lot of fun. Not to mention that he’s one of the components for Menasor! I picked this guy up from BigBadToyStore online for $24 USD on preorder.

My conclusion – Wildrider is worth the money. He looks like he’s ready to jump into battle with Megatron and join his fellow Stunticons to destroy Optimus Prime and the Autobot forces.
