31Let's face it shame is a soul killer.
It is also a great big falsehood!
I wish I could point to some specific ever-doers that were responsible. But, truth is, it is just a weird thing that came about in human development, got institutionalized and has been perpetuated generation to generation for absolutely no other reason than it was given to one generation from the generation before.
That is it was... until now!
We can put an end to it.
The energy of shame is just that, an energy. It sucks up brain cycles and creative power and channels it down inner paths of self-protection and "staying small and hidden."
Because it is an energy it cannot be created or destroyed and
Because it is an energy it can be transformed.
Transformed into what?
