Here is a good build/combo/loadout to obtain the Risk() achievement:
Complete five encounters with all 10 Limiters in use.

Helper = Purge/Tap allows to heal half the health bar.
An alternative is to use Void as an attack instead of Bounce, with Purge and Crash. Then Bounce can be used as a Passive to gain its shield.
