Sometimes a trashed classic can be hiding in plain sight. Because i was never a fan or an owner of Microsoft's first Xbox, I only recently found out abut this game. Based on a novel written by H.P Lovecraft, Call of Cthulhu Dark Corners of the Earth had my hopes pretty high from the beginning and I'm happy to say that i was not disappointing. Even though this game lacks the polish both graphical and gameplay wise, on display in other
titles of it's time, I still feel Call of Cthulhu is a strong contender for best horror
title on the Xbox. There are plenty of scary games out there, but few remember to use
the mechanics of the game to re-enforce the fear it wants you to feel. Coc learned well
from this and carved out a truly horrifying experience, but is this the survival horror
