In this video, I clear TCSO's 1-2 operation as fast as possible while obtaining an XS rank. Some interesting things that are going on here include cutting the tumor after draining tissue - it's not as simple as pointing the wiimote where you want the scalpel to be, at least when you go frame by frame.
The scalpel seems to obtain momentum based on how much you moved the wiimote between frames, which when you're playing normally is fine since youll barely notice it (unless you're swinging the controller around like a maniac), but it sure was a challenge to keep it in control for this TAS.
If you're wondering why it seems like I'm waiting at times, it's because of in-op dialogue that prevents you from performing inputs until it scrolls by, forcing me to wait a bit to start moving again.
