Treasure Hunters Session 121: Into the Burial Mound
In the last session the party asked the djinnborn if they could speak to anyone in the tribe that had more information on the city’s layout. They brought in two scouts Masad and Be’lar who were able to provide them with a crude map and some details about the city. The most surprising thing was that the city’s population was roughly around 300,000 and about half of those citizens were yuan ti.
It was decided the party would rest in the nearby region of Najara, a place ruled by seven guardian naga who tend to leave people alone if they are then left alone in turn. The party wanted to see if the naga would help them with their city infiltration attempts.
The group was able to track down a group of kobolds that were excavating in some ruins. Raine approached the kobolds and they brought their lizardfolk leader Baeshra to speak with them. After a short waiting period the lizardfolk told them that one of the guardian nagas would be willing to speak with them.
Amvaa, one of the seven guardian nagas that rule Najara told them that there was a sarrukh entity called Pil’it’ith that would perhaps be able to help them since the sarruhk had the ability to change their creations at will which included the nagas, lizardfolk, yuan-ti, ptera folk, trodoldytes and tren.
The party headed to his burial mound to try to get his help.
