It's time to visit The Ruin in let's play Starbound Haunted Station ep 8, as we gather materials and attempt to recreate a pocket-sized version of The Ruin on our derelict Haunted Station.

To make it thematically spooky, we build a Tree of Pain, inspired vaguely by the Shrike's metal trees in Dan Simmons' Hyperion. We turn it into an obstacle course of deadly spikes and saws, because why the hell not.
