Fictorum gameplay is an action-RPG where you are a spell-casting dude crossing an FTL-style map full of choices, loot opportunities and battle encounters.
We playthrough one full map in this let's play Fictorum gameplay preview, with several third-person battles set on procedural maps full of houses, villagers and attacking monsters that we have to fight.
The spellcasting part of Fictorum gameplay is designed to be unique - every time you cast a fireball (or whatever other spells you have managed to learn), you can choose to customise the spell based on your three chosen runes, allowing the fireball to be faster, bigger, split, or a combination, using up more mana as appropriate.
