Don't be fooled by this thing's appearance, it's actually a tough boss. Looking for it is a workout since I believe it is not mentioned in-game on how to find it. Anyway you need to find a Rabite statue inside the dungeon that is explored before the Sanctuary of Mana final boss and it will teleport the party near the boss room. You can fight this boss as soon as you start the endgame content but it is recommended to unlock Tier 4 Classes first and get lots of levels before fighting this thing. Winning will give out a chain ability that reduces MP cost of moves/spells to 0. Best given to Angela but you can have anyone equip it. Not in this video: me promptly getting destroyed when I tried to fight this thing before I even unlocked T4 Classes.
