My way of doing the triceps push-down for combative purposes and hypertrophy.
This method of training goes with my mindset of how I trained back in th e90's during my Shootfighting career. I train the same way as I comepete, very aggressive and at a fast pace. This is to duplicate what I may face on the mat/in the ring.
This comes from the 500's Strength system my coach Tim Gillett from Gillett's MMA in Tiverton RI teaches.
