I quickly got my GoPro back on the Tricopter today, to see if I still had the same issues as I flew on Saturday with the 808 really having some jello issues.

The Tri is pretty well balanced, so I've come to the conclusion that the 808 is just so light, it moves around more. The GoPro is not perfect by any means though, there's some side to side wobble - it's caused by the dampening on the camera platform being a bit soft - so that needs some work.

This is the first time I've flown with the GoPro 2 as a live cam on the Tri, and it worked very well. I had to adjust the angle more upwards after a few flights, but in this light it had no issue. I turned the GoPro's own OSD on so I could use the recorder timer as a flight timer, and could check that the GoPro wasn't about to run out of battery.

I had a FrSky rx on this Tri, but I moved it back to it's original config because of some issues I had. But I think I need to get a D8R-II+ rx on there now to at least give some warning of a control signal being lost
