Commands:

Get a Command Block: "/give @p command_block"

Activate this only once: "/scoreboard objectives add keep dummy"

Hook these up to a fill clock and make sure that they execute in this order! (Commands execute from negative to positive x, y, z) (For more info on fill clocks, watch "Mastering Minecraft Lesson 1.0B!")
1. "/fill ~ ~1 ~ ~1 ~1 ~ coal_block 0 replace"
2. "/fill ~ ~-1 ~ ~1 ~-1 ~ redstone_block"
3. "/scoreboard players add @e[type=!Player] keep 0"
4. "/execute @p[r=80] ~ ~ ~ scoreboard players add @e[type=!Player,r=10,score_keep=0] keep 1"
5. "/tp @e[type=!Player,r=80,score_keep=0] ~ -200 ~"
