Try testing your LEG Stability with these 3 tests!
Leg stability is important to have a foundation in which we can build strength on. If you use a lot of machines at the gym, try the 90 degree squat hold, lunge stance hold and wide stance hold for 45 seconds and see if you can pass these tests easily, with difficulty or not at all. Improve on these and it will go a long way in everyday life, yoga practices and more!
