8Tried out Conscript (Demo) by Jordan Mochi, Catchweight Studio and Team17.
It's fucking awesome. Actual survival horror grounded in trench warfare and without relying on the supernatural to create fear and tension.
The art direction is also great and the transitions between top-down (? this isn't top-down but idk the term) to short 3D cutscenes reminds me of Resident Evil 1. The movements also feel similar to it; especially having to stand still and aim before shooting.
Somehow, it also reminds me of Holstin. That's also a great game.
