Is it worth to get it to 3 medal? Yes, with all that damage you do you will get honor points which you could use it to exchange for poster, so it's definitely worth it in the long run.

What I did in this video is I use Kleo and piper skill at the beginning, I didn't sync RK skill with the rest because my RK were 5 medal and he will spawn the small roach when normal attack. Make sure your Kleo is weak so he could gain enough AP when hit by MQ vomit attack.
