Sorry if you guys were expecting me to use medic. It was getting pretty tough resource wise so I couldn't build a university near the front. Plus industrial age infantry is pretty damn fragile by itself. They increased the average armour of the mamluk from 7.5 to 9.0 avg armour and increased the splash damage area of the elephants.
The fact that both of them were easily shredded by West European pikemen is a testament to the OPiness of the european style pikemen. Their 17 range easily allows around 9 of them to attack the same enemy unit on their front direction while doing 12 max damage at 1 hit per 0.7 second. God forbid you get surrounded by them.
