The Crooked Moon goblins invaded my settlement in a flash right out of the fog of war. I didn't even see it coming. I was lucky to have an army stationed on the frontier settlement along its guard gatehouse garrison. Victory definitely wouldn't have been possible with these two things. The game also gave the success chance around 20-25% via the balance of power.

The archers are specially so annoyingly impossible to deal with especially due to their skirmish mode kiting whether you are on horseback or on foot. But they're not as annoying as the single entity warlords and wizards being near impossible to kill without the use of your own warlords or wizards. I believed that atleast a wizard would be vulnerable to melee infantry. He wasn't.
