Trying out the Sundered Alpha March 3 Day 43
0So We'll hopefully play this game more as it develops. Sundered is a metroidvania style game just pushed in alpha form to some backers of the game's kick starter campaign, with the early access expected to release in late spring, and the full game to hopefully release before the end of 2017, probably sooner given Thunder Lotus's track record.
Fair warning, the game is hard and I die, a lot. It is a lot like Rogue Legacy, post death you can spend your money on upgrades to hopefully fight better next time. However, the broad strokes of the map stay the same, with the rooms inside each block being procedurally generated.
It's quite a bit of fun and I look forward to playing more of it.
