Trying Piko Interactive Collection 3 (Part 2) [Evercade #147]

And we start it off with another one of the games I am extremely interested in - the FPS!
Zero Tolerance is a fascinating game! On its own it is a good game, but when compared to Cybervirus (the FPS on the Lynx Collection 1), it is night-and-day. The map system works well (you don't have to constantly go between map and gameplay to know where you're going as the on-screen map does a good job), there are health and ammo refills available, and the aiming and movement are better too.
Punch King...is technically advanced. The problem is, I don't like these kinds of games. I can see someone really liking this one, and I can see it being a decent Cadey's Challenge as well.
Radikal Bikers is probably a 'hidden gem' if there is one here. Based off a Gaelco arcade game is a great sign, and the music is great and the controls are simple to grasp. It is very difficult, though! xD
And lastly for this video, Stanley is...too slow, man. And that's a darn shame. Because it seems really interesting too. But when you move at that speed it just bores the player and gets frustrating pretty quickly.
So yeah, this part was a mixed bag. I'm really excited for the next part, because I've heard a lot - both good and bad - about all three of those games! :P
