Just messing around with the last version of First Byte's SmoothTalker for MS-DOS, version 3 which is the origin of Dr. Sbaitso, and tried to recreate the 1st Prize voice from Baldi's Basics. It sounds accurate like with Dr. Sbaitso but not quite in some parts. Jeez, I haven't been doing Baldi's Basics slop on my channel for a while.

You could try the program from Internet Archive, or download it and run any version on DOSBox installed on your computer.
