Trying to upload a video

I went to the Web browser version of youtube and go to the upload section from my 3ds.( when I go into my channel,I scroll down a bit and saw the red circle icon with a arrow pointing up,stands for uploading )

After that,I started to tap the select uploading icon and took me to the 3ds camera to select a video I've recently record months ago.but unfortunately....it didn't work.the message is saying that the page screen wasn't large and wants me to refresh the page to start all over.

I guess uploading videos from the new 3ds is not possible anymore.
