A little experimental build using elemental hit with Trypanon mace. Using all elements with elemental equilibrium and lots of crit multiplier. Felt slugish with that slow mace, so the play style may not be for everyone.

Ascendancy: Scion. Juggernaut. Inquisitor
Bandits: Alira

Elemental hit (inside Shroud of the Lightless) + Elemental damage with attacks + Ruthless + Faster attacks + Ancestral call (Multistrike or Empower for single target).
For dps: Ancestral protector + Brutality. Summon Lightning golem. Blood rage.
For defenses: CWDT + immortal call. Vaal grace + inc. duration + Phase run. Arctic Armour + enlighten lvl3 + Temporal chains + Blasphemy.

Cost: Fenumus gloves are expensive in Delve, but can easily be replaced with 2 socket Tombfist. If you can get Shroud of the Lightless, then other items are not expensive (unless you make it expensive).
HP/dps: around 6k life. Dps is very conditional and hard to predict but if you shock Shaper it probably goes over 400k, if not then around 350k.
Difficulty: felt very squishy until i got fenumus gloves and temporal chains + blasphemy and Arctic armour.
